random freezing and lagging

Sorry, i can speak a little English. so, if you don't understand me. i'm apologize my bad.

i have a problem with this game. it's random lagging and freezing. it's happen a lot when i press TAB or loot the create.

my pc : I7 4790 / GTX 1060 3gb / RAM 16 gb

my ssd and hdd not have a damage(checking with hd tune) 

and my software are always update.

my cpu and gpu have a normal temp.
