I had a crash caused by memory, not sure if its VRAM or RAM though.
I was just about to loot a corpse when it hit, not sure if I had hit the use key before the crash.
It said:
The instruction at 0x6 c6c642e referenced memory at 0x6 c6c642e.
Memory could not be written.
Press OK to terminate the program.

Hi,
I'm really disappointed with that problem because I love this game and it often crash.
I get this message " The instruction "0x********" use memory adress "0x00000000". Memory can not be "written"
I saw on another post that can be Nvidia driver, and someone recommended to downgrade to 417.71, but I was already on that version when it crashed for the first time ( I tried the new update 418.18 but same problem ! )
Oh, I already saw someone answer to eeeeverybody to delete visual c+ or something like that, but.... meh.... sounds not good.
What can I do ? :/

Your post said "if your game is not starting"
My game start, I can play few games, but after some time, it crashes with this message
I can't be sure that your solution for another problem will solve mine :/

I haven't gotten it in a while. I cleared my cache, but the one thing I did that seems to have lessened (it still happened 1x last night) is run in Borderless Windowed.
Running fullscreen for more FPS is great, but crashing every 3rd or 4th map sucked.
And it's not a hardware issue as I've already tested it, and it's fine and no other game that will use more ram has issues.
