"YOU ARE NOT ACTIVELY PLAYING THE GAME..." MESSAGE

I keep on getting that GIGANTIC screen message 1 out of 3 matches. I am not moving in between screens nor desktop, I remain in fifa 100% of the time. Issue does not go away by restarting FIFA or PS. It makes it impossible to play.

Here it is. It starts at the pre match practice arena and it just remains there.

Next match will be the same. Got to restart the game over and over.

Same issue with my FIFA PC especially when playing FUT.

@Big_willy2011 same issue here on Xbox One. Happens quite a bit if i'm temporarily AFK when I search for a match. Won't go away when I pause the game either.
