"This game has not been unlocked" error with Origin Access Premier version

Currently getting an error with Madden 19 saying, "This game has not been unlocked. Please try again later". I have contacted EA support but none of these fixes work. I pre-ordered the game before I had Origin Access Premier but I have since returned the pre-order, but I still get an option on the Origin menu of the game saying, "Included with your Origin Access Premier membership. Request a refund on your pre-order here". I also get the incorrect release date, with mine saying August 9th when it should be August 10th. I also do not get a play button for the game.

How did the troubleshooting with our Advisor go, did the Repair via Origin help you at all?

@EA_BarryNo I'm still getting the error. Waiting on an advisor to get to their supervisor in a chat right now.
