I have 2 PCs, one which is Intel Core i3 (which FIFA doesn't work on) and the other i5. Yesterday, when the game released, i tried something out and downloaded the game on the i3 PC. It downloaded,and the game launched, but it wouldn't let me get past the training menu, so i deleted the game. Today, I went and downloaded it on the  i5 version in which a plethora of many different error messages started occurring( eg- "EA AntiCheat Service encountered an error. Please restart the game." or "The Application Encountered An Unrecoverable Error") and it wouldn't let me get past the anticheat screen. I tried the many different answers posted on the AHQ and none of them worked. This got me thinking.. did the problems occur because I downloaded it on two different devices? And is it a problem if you download the game on 2 different devices?

@EA_rephii How do you compensate for the time we wasted trying to solve this damn problem, as well as the time we didn't enjoy the game?

@EA_rephii How many logs until you fix it and why don't you deactivate the anticheat for the duration of you fixing it, many people paid extra to play early and can't because you apperently never heard of playtesting

For now we stop the data collection as we received enough examples to continue our investigation.

Every fix worked yesterday, but today when i try to play fifa 23, it simply dosnt work.

This is outrages, we should all get some compensation.

I have re-installed the game, re-installed anti-cheat, shut down all antivirus, runned as administrator.... Nothing works.
