Greetings, I'm currently unable to buy a subscription plan or add a code to my SWTOR account. I've been trying since yesterday to no avail and keep getting this error. It seems the error also shows up on my Origin account

There is likely an issue with the EA account that is also affecting swtor, try opening a case regarding origin via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=manag...

Seems the origin issued solved itself, still I can't add the game time code to my account however.

I have tried contacting numerous support.  I am having the same issue.  Changed password, cleared cookies, tried 3 diff browsers, my laptop, phone...nothing works.  Its ridiculous.

@djpz13 looked at their twitter too and seems multiple users have the problem but no one is helping

I had a bunch of problems with it, but ultimately resetting my EA password and then actually logging in to the EA/Origin account page got it working. I tried resetting the SWTOR password, which didn't work, and resetting the EA password didn't, either - it was only after logging into the EA account that it finally worked.
