I have the same stupid issue. 32gb of ram GTX1070 ftw 2, ryzen 1700x. I have EVERYTHING set to low graphics, it hits 50% usage in menus, 100% usage of my gpu in game, its an 8gb evga card, 32gb ram, this is a joke, also model detail stuck on High, had to edit the videosettings file and change it manually. Even still with that on low and nothing else running 100% gpu usage. The only thing I could do to make it run less than 100% was to change resolution to 720.

This seems to have worked for now, I did it as a last resort because it was effecting all of my games today, 100% usage and crash. Now im spiking 100% at drop from apex, and stable 40% or so in game on the ground

Your DxDiag shows a GPU driver from January. Did you update that yet?

Do any of you overclock at all? Have you tried resetting to default?

Did you change your Windows virtual memory settings? You're also on an older Windows 10 build, can you try updating to the latest version? Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.

I have similar problem if I set Paging file size to 0 .
