I know its obvious that it's related to the ryzen 9 cpu but just wanted to share that I played about 15 games with my friends using my old pc with an Intel CPU and didn't encounter the bug once. Switched back to the new pc with a Ryzen 9 processor and got dropped every other game.

@Akula-TSR I know - i've been saying it for months that the issue is related to CPU and Foul animation.

So far all we've had is a link to the connection troubleshooting and a request for more information where if you'd taken the time to read the replies you would find everything you need from the post being submitted in October. We are now 8 months down the line from this issue being raised for a game that has a yearly release cycle.

• When did this issue start? - Since the first game of Pro clubs, seems to happen as soon as a yellow card or red card is given. My friends have virgin media as well but they don't receive this error for some reason only me. This pretty much confirms it having to do with the CPU.

Hopefully EA can actually help us out. But i doubt it with the new game coming out in around 4 1/2 months.

Is this enough information yet? Surely from the range of responses you can see this is not a region/ISP/Connection issue but an issue relating to:

- High Core CPU (Ryzen 9 + Intel i9)

- Foul animation

Can we get some kind of response or even acknowledgement from an issue that has been here since launch and to a thread that has been open for 8 months with no resolution?

This problem will most likely be in Fifa 22, when it comes out as it's basically a copy and paste.

@Callums_Forehead  I agree, but as you say if it is an issue in this Fifa it will definitely be in the next one.

If it is fixed in the next one why should we have to buy the next game to get a fix.

At this point it would even be nice just to have the issue acknowledged!

Issue started as soon as i switched to a Ryzen 5900X, my ISP or anything hasn't changed, it's obviously related to the high CPU core count as other people have already pointed out.
