When i try and play online head 2 head, I'm getting a "Warning" message that says "An Xbox Live Membership limitation does not allow you to access this feature."

I haven't changed anything and my Gold Membership is current.

Please help.

It will not let me open the 1st link. How can I resolve the issue so that I can play head 2 head online, I bought the GOLD live membership today.
