@fz502fz Did you buy the game originally or did you play it via Origin Access? If you had Origin Access and it has expired then the game will not be playable.

If you purchased the game outright then it might be best to contact support so they can see whats happening:

Hello, good man. Thank you for your response. I bought the game before it went on the market (pre-order) and played it a lot and bought coins inside the game. Then I was surprised by the lock sign and I am required to buy it again. I will email the company, but they usually don't reply

@fz502fz Yeh drop them an email or use live chat and they can look into your account and see why the game is locked, you should definitely be able to play it.
