I've heard some users reporting something like this before.

What area of the world do you live in?

Does it happen in all modes?  Single player, Co-op, Multiplayer?

You may post your DXDiag... but by previous posts I've seen, I don't think it's hardware related.

This problem debut in all loading screens.

It may be an issue of your computer's power rather than the general slow loading I've heard some others report.

If you reduce the settings as low as they go.  Close all background programs running on the computer.  Does this help any?

If it does help, you may be able to get a little more headroom by tweaking around in nVidia Control Panel lowering//turning off settings, but not much.

*e*The first game I had poor success testing it on an aging core2 (min spec for first game, this game requires more).  I would suspect it's more an issue of CPU rather than GPU in this case of loading.  Both are below requirements however.
