i bought yamachan’s house but it doesnt appear in my game. do you understand how and where to find it? i was looking for those items in my storage and restarting my phone and i never found it. please help

When you purchase a house, you should be taken straight away to place this house down on the current lot. Were you not prompted to place the house down after you purchased it?

I have the same problem and have been charged twice for the same thing. Istill don’t have the house what do I do to get refunded?.
