purchase items and a couple of hours later they have disappeared

I have purchased some kind of pack on the sims mobile earlier today that cost ?5 dollars I did receive my items then later on I went to play on my phone again and I have noticed they gone has anyone else had this problem ? And does anyone have any ideas to get my stuff back thank you
