purchase error

I can not buy any games and I do not know why!
The last game I bought was NFS PB and there was no problem, now it only comes out: Wow!

Everytime I try to buy a game, it shows a pop up saying "error occured. Please try again later. [ref. #validation-failed]". I have tried multiple times to restart origin but nothing happens it stills shows it. This has been happening for months now please help.

Do you have a credit card already associated with the account? If not, you may need to link one before trying to buy a game. If you have one, contact a game advisor so they can see why it may not be going through at  https://help.ea.com .

Finally, are you trying to buy the game from the Origin app or from the origin store on the internet? Try one or the other to see if it will work. I always buy mine from the internet site and not the app. Also, try a different browser when making a purchase.
