ps4 digital early enlister edition - can't access game

i pre-ordered the deluxe early enlister edition early on pS4 (Aug. 22nd)

the countdown timer says the game comes out the 21st (even though it should have been 3 AM EST.)

it says in the PS store that i have purchased the deluxe edition, and from the app it says i can't access it

i have all of the deluxe edition add ons downloaded (the deluxe pack and the hellfighter pack)

but i cant even launch the game.

i also never received a code

It sounds like you purchased the digital version of the game on PS4. If you go back into the BF1 PSN store page does it say the early enlister version or just the digital deluxe version?
