ps4: can't load multiplayer. Stuck with loading flower

I get kicked out of multiplayer portal instantly... and when I go through the mystery portal at the Town Hall.. It says 'found the best match" then i an hear people chatting on their headsets.. yet all I see on my screen is the white loading flower and the screen only loads once the round is finished and it gives me the scores.. then it goes back to the stupid white flower again!!!

have you tried reinstalling and trying the game in another ps4?
