(ps4) Stuck in loading and cant play for 7 days. We PAID but we can't play

A week ago i baught a car. I selected that and saw the car wamst loaded completely and was unfinished.suddenly the game crashed and i couldnt play solo or online so far.it will stuck in loading. I contacted support and their solutions didnt work. WE PAID FOR IT AND CANT PLAY DO SOMETHING

I paid for it and it will not play with my son's logitech ps4 wheel, out of $47 and cant get it back. Had to go to gamestop and get NFS payback. This sucks
