problem with my subscription plan.

Hi all! I have a problem with my subscription plan.

I tried to subsctibe today at 11 AM (Moscow time), but 60 RUB were charged from my card and then i saw an error. I tried again, but the situation repeated.
Then i tried the same thing from my wifes card, but nothing changed.
So subscription failed to buy, and in totan i`ve lost 300RUB. I would like to return my money, or get the subscription.
Please help.

I bought subscribtion by PayPal, but money i`ve lost for earlier tries didn`t turn back.

If they are a verification charge , i would think they would auto refund between 5 - 7 days
