pc-Madden 19 How to alter Resolution and graphic settings?

Having a muppet moment, I cant find screen within menus to change the resolution or alter the graphical settings?

any ideas - thanks

It seems you can only change the graphics settings on the main menu (not during a game).

I also don't think you can access them while the game is still downloading, so do be aware of that.
