payed, but got no fifa points

I payed for 12000 fifa points, before i initial the game on PS4, (pre-ordered)

Payment happened of course, but till now i haven't receive any fifa point from this order.

Wonder is there any solution?

If you did not get your FIFA points by now, I would recommend to completely log out from your FUT account and then log in again. If points are still missing, please prepare proof of purchase and contact our live support at EA Help.
