one time code not being sent to email

Hi guys, 

I am having an issue. I am trying to get into my original swtor account because I have had the game since purchase and have gone back to play occaisionaly. However now I try to log in and it says I need to check my email for the 1 time code. I have not gotten any codes at all since the last time in 2016 when I seem to have last played. I would like to subscribe but not on the free to play account I have. I live in Australia and the times for calling are insane, Would anyone also know if I called the german like, Would the staff speak english? I know thats an odd one.
