old email

a couple months ago i lost access to my email i use for my origin/ea/sims account and it was fine until i tried to purchase some sims packs

that it then sent something to my email that i still cannot use and i cant change my email without having access to the old one.

When you have a chance please get in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that we don't have the ability to look into account issues here on Answers HQ.
