Hey, @Th3z3n
Can you try running CCleaner to see if that fixes this error for you? Make sure you read the instructions thoroughly and use at your own risk.

Can you check if reinstalling or updating your video drivers helps you here?
You might also deselect the GeForce Experience component (via the advanced install option) when installing the drivers

Things i did so far:
Clean install of Nvidia driver, updated all drivers/windows.
Sfc Scannow (fixed some things, did a second scan and nothing left to fix)
Game repair, and game reinstall .
Tried different settings in-game and in Nvidia panel.
Running game with admin mode and compatibility with w8 as suggested by Windows.
Used CCleaner (i already use it daily).
I don't know what else to do, please help.

Would you mind uploading a DxDiag for us so we can look at your full system specs?

Can you try removing your GPU from the PC and insert it back into the slot? Then, roll the driver back and try to launch the game.
