not reciving rewards for leveling up

Just levelled up (now 41) after winning the game I didn't receive legend tokens on loot box. not sure why this is happening has this happened to anyone else

If you still aren't seeing your level up rewards I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. I'm afraid that missing content isn't something we can help with here on Answers HQ.
