not authorized to make purchases in game

Hi, 

I've never been able to do in game purchases.  I thought it was because it was pre-launch, but now that you're launched in US, I still cannot.

Any ideas why?  I get "Error" "You are not authorized to make purchases in game at this time.

Did you do a clean install from the AppStore after yesterdays launch?

Could you also provide us with your Persona ID (Found in Settings->About), so we can have a look? Thank you!

After the last update I get an error 20013 when trying to make a purchase. On a iPad Pro iOS 12.3.1. Persona ID 1003763482881
