This is such bullcrap man. The only mode I wanna play in this game and I can't use my own team how I want to and start off week 1 the same time as them. Guess I shouldn't be surprised, it's EA's franchise mode. The one thing they never do anything for

I'm playing the game on an Xbox One, and I'm having this same issue in Madden 21.  I can't start the game in use real life NFL roster cloud franchise mode either.

@klex3 How do you fix this it’s happening to me too I’ve tried deleting the game and re downloading and closing app. Nothing works bruh

I hadn’t fixed that yet. I redone loaded it, console, even wi-fi router. Same thing.

 I tried power cycling and reinstalling the games as well. I still cannot enter franchise mode using real life roster. The screen for choosing what franchise mode is also a mess.

What happens when the bug occurs? It goes to a blank blue screen
What do you expect to see? The weeks- preseason week 1 and Regular season Week 1 as the two you can select to start your franchise using real life roster

1. My picture shows the exact screen it goes to when you select the option to start your cloud franchise using the real life NFL roster.
2. this bug makes franchise mode completely unplayable for me
