Haven't been able to receive one time password

One Time Passwords

The OTP emails are not arriving.

• Add [edit: email address removed] to your safe-senders list.
• Delete all previous OTP emails from SWTOR, then request a new one
• If there is still no sign of any OTP emails, you will need to call our Account & Billingteam who will be able to get you logged in.

the first 2 solution never worked, anyone knows any other solution before doing the third one?

making international calls just ain't cheap.....
