no new storyline

I can’t start a new storyline, it’s not in the mission log. I went through the previous storyline earlier and cannot repeat it, what should I do? how to start a new storyline .... ((

Are you talking about starting the new Onslaught story on another character?  Were you able to do it on at least one character from what it seems?  If so what level is the character you are trying to start it on?  I've read in a few posts that you need to be level 71 to start the content.
