Hey @DennisDelphin, sorry for a late reply. 

Looking on that error log. KERNELBASE.dll is most of the time connected to your Windows profile. Try another a new windows profile with admin rights and then see if the same issue happens.

Have you tried right clicking on the application then go to properties, go to the Compatibility tap, then tick Disable full-screen optimisations and hit apply.
