nfs unbound doesn't open

Hello after a notification for an update the game doesn't open and says: 

We're sorry, Need for Speed™ Unbound will not run on your current operating system. You'll need to upgrade to -- (10.0) or newer to play. 

i ve run the directxdiag and the results are attached to the message as a text file

@Kotarao he has windows 10. Same problems on windows 11.
