nfs payback uses %100 of cpu and gpu

i have gtx 1050 ti and i5 7500 but nfs payback uses cpu and gpu %100 on low settings.

can anyone help?

Same here and mine crashes on load screen or sometimes lets me resume the prologue and crashes a few seconds after it starts to a black screen which i have to restart the laptop i have all updated nvidia and intel gpu drivers latest version on nvidia from today still the same gives the DX error
