Hi @GP230600,
It sounds like he is creating new EA accounts and linking them to the PlayStation, is that right? EA account bans are handled by Terms of Service. It would be best for him to get in touch with the them by filling out the webform. This EA Help guide runs through how to do that: How to get more information about my ban or suspension
