need for speed unbound keeps crashing

my game keeps crashing mid game can't start the game even after updates have to delete direct x files to even start the game up for the love of god fix this ea.

Hey, @colderjarl  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with NEED FOR SPEED™ Unbound and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
