Hello,
My name is Vlad Olarnic and I have a problem.
I have purchased the Deluxe Edition, and also tried the trial version before the release date. (FOR PC).
The game for me is rather unplayable in a sense that it randomly freeze and when it does so it freezes my whole system. I cannot alt+tab, ctrl+alt+del, alt+f4, nothing.
My configuration is:
Asus Pro-Gaming Motherboard
i7-4970 @ 3.6GHz
16 GB of DDR3 ram.
nvidia GTX 1080. - I have the latest driver.
a 750W PSU from thermaltake gold 90+
I have a ssd for my OS - Win 8.1 Pro
and my HDDs are at 7200 rpm.
No other game does this for me, my configuration is solid.
I tried lowering graphics and this still occurs. (even if i can run the game at max at 60+ fps). I am convinced this is a programming fault and it should be addressed in a patch soon.
From what I've noticed so far the freeze happens randomly, but in a couple of cases I hit something with the car at high speed. I don't know if it is a processing thing or something chocking somewhere, but please try to find the problem and fix it.
For now I can't continue playing since I have to force shut down my pc every time this happens and it happens quite often (once every 10 - 15 mintues or so - sometimes even 2 minutes in). I don't want to damage my equipment due to your software.
Thank you very much for your time.
Best regards,
Vlad Olarnic.

Update: I put my CPU back to base clock speeds after a BIOS reset and I have not crashed from making my last post.
So reset your CPU to base clock speeds and check to see if it works

I Reinstalled it on another harddisk and i could play for 3hours straight . Then it crashed again ...
Really don't know what else there is to do . I'm not overclocking or anything ...
Nobody found a fix for this ? Would be nice if EA responded to this as there are a few people with this issue..

I have the very same problem and it's very frustrating.... can't progress at all, every 2 minutes the system hibernates completely.
