please help talked to EA basically said theres nothin they can do right now i compleated face scan on app but it will not upload to game please help

I think its a bug in the system, its happening for a lot of people. I think EA is fixing it ASAP. Think youre going to have to wait :/

NBA Live 18 won't load my face scan why?

Every time I try to do a face scan for nba live 18 it just shows up as this red screen, any thoughts on how to fix it? Doesn’t give me any other options, tried deleting and redone loading and I am in a well lit place

Wont complete face scan after i scan my face. Says retry. Ive done this several times
