narrator turned on by itself

the title speaks for itself, after disconnecting due to inactivity, I reconnected and out of the blue, the narrator turned on by itself, I tried going to the accessibility settings and the narrator was turned off, double clicking the switch didn't fix it, I had to close the game but hopefully the bug won't reoccur when I get back on

so I had to take a shower, hence I got kicked again, and the glitch happened again so now we know that it's not a random bug
