narrate path to accessibility options Star Wars Squadrons

When I open Star Wars Squadrons all I can do is select narrate path to accessibility options.  It won't load the game.

I had the same problem. When you’re stuck in that screen, press Alt+Enter. It’s supposed to put the screen in windowed mode, but it fixes it in this case.

@Zyrrael Thank you!!! Just to add that for me, only left Alt+Enter worked.
