my membership hasnt been applied

Hello My user Name is TannonBott and i bought a subscription a few days ago and it says the status is closed. the money was taken out of my account and i dont have membership status. please fix this issue

Swtor CS have refunded the 2 original purchase attempts so that should be back to you during the week 

They also said the account is fine now to purchase, but the last attempt was actually declined by your bank
