my in game audio become 7.1 and i can't change it

hai all, i wanna ask after patch i have this issue,

before patch my audio setting is stereo but after patch it became 7.1

and can't change it on game, because it's grey

and i try to change the audio setting on window setting, all is stereo, but on game still 7.1

it's so annoying.... because i miss a lot enemy footstep and gunfire sound....

please help me, thanks before

Is not the game patch, is latest windows updates, so to fix it disabled audio enhancement in windows 10
