my game won't work

whenever I try to log into apex,it just loads and doesn't stop loading.if I'm lucky,I'll be logged on or will get and error screen telling me to go to a website.ive Ben dealing with this crap ever sense I started playing.can anyone help?

Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can get you up and running. 

When you have the chance I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- PC

- Xbox One

- PlayStation 4
