my account got banned without any announcement before

why my account got banned ?, i dont do anything wrong with my account, i dont cheat, then why my account got banned ?, and i dont have any announcement about the issues., is this bug or what ?, cmon EA !!

The instructions in the link above walk you through the process of creating an appeal to have our Terms of Service team look into the situation further.

Resetting your password is a good first step if you suspect someone else may have had access to the account, but you'll need to follow the full steps listed above if you'd like to appeal this action.

The ban history does not display all types of account actions, so please be sure to keep following the steps under the How do I appeal my lock, ban, or suspension? section in the link above to actually create an appeal.

Only our Terms of Service team is able to investigate and take action on account bans or suspensions.

Are you not able to create the appeal using the steps above, or did you mean the appeal was just declined?

@EA_Mako no, i already to reset my password like the instructionS, and i re opened my apex, and nothing change, still got ban, but in ban history, there are nothing.

hi, my problem was fixed before, but this time why i got ban for second time ?, like really ?, i dont do anything wrong, i play not using any cheat or anything. i hope this mistake not happend again in the future, please fix it quickly !
