mut squads disconnect

Every time i attempt to start a mutsquads game with friends two of us are returned to the menu with no error code or explanation. We have received 7 losses in attempting to play and it still does not work over the course of 3 days.

This happens to me as well. Most often after a concede from the other team in a previous game.
