multiplayer not working

Worst game ever,multiplayer keeps crashing as soon as you click multiplayer. tried everything to fix will not be buying battlefield again want a refund

-If on PC or console try to check the gamefiles > rightclick bfv tile in Origin then choose repair.

-Also update the video drivers to the latest version and if on AMD chipset / CPU update your BIOS and chipset software drivers manually. Download them all and start with a driver cleaner procedure before installing the GPU driver
