mouse pointer constantly on screen [ Edited ]

 when i go into matches my mouse pointer is always on screen. more than anything it is very annoying and hard to play with, its movement are not in sync with my movements. This means it goes all over my screen. i have already tried repairing the game and uninstalling and re installing it but my mouse pointer is still on screen. sorry for bad explanation but if anyone can help it would be appreciated

Can you check if you have some overlay software running in the background?
Make sure the overlays of MSI afterburner, NZXT, Origin are off.
