me and my friend can accept friend request from each other

Back Story: so me and my friend are trying to accept each other friend request, but we can't find them  in the friends tab,  adding to that when I go to his profile I am listed as other and when he goes to my profile he is listed as other, and when I'm at his profile it just says send friend request even tho I already sent the friend request.

the crazy part is when I sign out and log back in the request flashes on the friend's tab for a second just long enough to see it, then the entire  page refreshes and it's gone

Problem: can't accept a friend request 

is there any fix to this besides waiting until EA fixes it

@Audio_Snob_1947 Can you and your friend check what NAT type you have, sometimes if you have a NAT Type 3 you can run into issues such as this.

I just fixed it, I only had to make a new origin account and send my classic_gamer19 account a friend request
