madden 20 will not let me download community rosters for xbox one

I think the last 100 comments or more have to do with this. EA has no fix for this yet even though this feed says "solved." We are unsure if EA will ever fix this issue for Madden 20.

I'm no video game developer, but this doesn't seem like a complicated issue to me. Why is it taking so long to get this resolved? It has been months. I've seen more significant bugs cleaned up a lot quicker.

So, any updates in regards to community files? I’ve noticed a steady decline in efficiency of CFM  latency. Last week I couldn’t access a few leagues, this week I can’t download a single community file. Are we getting some patch work done this coming week? Would be nice to have an maintenance session to get a grip on this issue
