low fps, low gpu usage

hello,

Since a few days, whenever I play BF V I have low fps (30-60, but mostly 40) and my GPU Usage is only about 40-60%. It doesn't matter on which settings I play, they don't change the fps or the gpu usage. And the CPU Usage is at like 80% all the time

My Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X @ 3,6GHz

GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 1070 GameRock

Mainboard: Asus B350 F-Gaming

RAM: 16GB GSkill Trident-Z

3 SSD's and 1 2.5" HDD

Can someone help me?

@einMatti Yep I have a suddenly fps drop from a few days ago... Was there a patch that did it?
