lost game progression

Hello EA

i was starting up Need For Speed Payback on PS4 yesterday and all of a sudden it had to update what the update was for i dont know but when i started it up my game progression was gone... i was at 100% game progression before the update and now all the way back at 1% i checked my storage and yes indeed the game progression save got deleted somehow... i would love to get my game save back if thats possible? im playing on PS4 and my ID is ItzJustDutchie

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we do not storage players' save files on our side  If the save files somehow got deleted from your local device, we don't have any means to restore them.
