Hello

I have a problem with security key. I had to reset my phone and reinstall the app. Now I can't log to it or to my account because I didn't write down the security key with which I activated my account.  Can I do anything to get back that account? I had many things there but no subscribtion. Please help

You'll need access to the email address on the account, and you'll need to know your password. If you also need a password reset in addition to removing your key, you'll need to give us a call.
