lobby/party/game issues

when i am exiting a match of Apex on PS4 with or without a party it will not let me ready up. now, in a party it will still show my teammates in a match and me not and wont let me ready up at all. however, on their screens it shows me as ready and able to go. if we leave it like that the game will take my party into a match and leave me out of it and still show them on my screen... idk what to do but its getting to the point of my quitting the game altogether.

Sounds frustrating. Can you let me know if these steps help you out at all? These are great first basic steps to take, if it doesn't work there are some additional steps in the link at the bottom.

Try rebooting your network and power cycle the console.

Reboot the power to the modem/router

1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

PS4:

Power Cycle

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.
